What we do.....
What is concrete Lifting?
Sidewalk
In most cases this is caused by
nearby sprinklers that wash
away support soil underneath.
Driveway
The most common area of
sunken concrete. Drain gutters
cause the majority of problems
in driveways.
A number of 1 1/2" holes are drilled through the sunken concrete. Using a hydraulic
mudpump, a grout mixture is pumped underneath the concrete. When the void
underneath the sunken concrete is filled, the pressure will then raise the sunken
slab. The holes are then patched with a shrink proof grout and the lifted surface is
immidietly ready to use.
Also known as slabjacking, mudjacking or
pressure grouting, concrete lifting is the
process of pumping material under a sunken
slab of concrete to lift it. Other uses include
joint stabilization or filling voids to support the
weight of a concrete slab. On residential,
commercial, and municipal levels, concrete
lifting is a cost effective alternative to
replacing concrete typically saving 30-50%.
The best way to recycle concrete, concrete
lifting will avoid the cost of demolition,
removal and landscaping.
